研究方向
本团队长期专注于晶体硅太阳能电池、钙钛矿太阳能电池、有机半导体材料与器件等。具体研究方向是高效钝化接触硅太阳能电池表面及界面研究、大面积晶体硅/钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池、有机/聚合物光电功能材料的设计合成及其器件制备等。承担国家重点研发计划子课题、省重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金、企业委托横向开发项目10余项，累计科研经费近千万元。获授权发明专利15，其中5项已转让。在Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells, Solar RRL, Solar Energy, Advanced Function Material, Journal of Materials Chemistry C等学术期刊发表论文80余篇。

黄仕华，课题组组长，2004年复旦大学博士毕业，现任浙江师范大学物理与电子信息工程学院教授，主要从事晶体硅太阳能电池方面研究。

Opening for Postdoctoral Research Fellows in Theoretical Physics
Research Direction
The group focuses on crystalline silicon solar cells, perovskite solar cells, organic semiconductor materials and devices，etc. The specific research directions are the surface and interface of high-efficiency passivated contact silicon solar cells, large-area crystalline silicon/perovskite laminated solar cells, the design and synthesis of organic/polymer photoelectric functional materials and the preparation of devices. The research group has undertaken more than 10 programs, including sub project of National Key R & D Program, Provincial Key R & D Program, National Natural Science Foundation, Provincial Natural Science Foundation and enterprise entrusted horizontal development programs, with a cumulative scientific research fund of nearly 10 million yuan. We have published more than 80 academic papers in Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells, Solar RRL, Solar Energy, Advanced Function Material, Journal of Materials Chemistry C and so on.
Research Group
Shihua Huang, Ph.D., the leader of the research group, graduated from Fudan University in 2004. He is currently a professor in Zhejiang Normal University and mainly engages in the research of crystalline silicon solar cells.

Dan Chi, a member of the research group, graduated from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015. She is now a lecturer in Zhejiang Normal University and mainly engages in the research of perovskite solar cells.

Keli Shi, a member of the research group, graduated from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018. She is now a lecturer in Zhejiang Normal University and mainly engages in the research of organic semiconductor materials and devices, including organic field effect transistor, organic photovoltaic, etc.

Application requirements
1. Own a PhD, physical and mental health, under the age of 35.
2. Published papers, research interests and selected research topics should be in line with the development direction of the research group.
3. Complete relevant assessments specified in management measures of post-doctoral workstations on time; Cooperate with the postdoctoral supervisor to complete the relevant scientific research work.
Related treatment
1. Annual salary of 250,000 RMB; 100,000 RMB research fund.
2. The university can rent the housing, or provide rental subsidy of 1,200 RMB/month.
3. During the postdoctoral period, the papers published by Zhejiang Normal University as the first signatory were included in the scope of scientific research awards of the university.
4. During the post-doctoral period, those who are outstanding in the assessment can enjoy an assessment award of 20, 000 RMB.
5. Inpidual scientific research achievement can be rewarded by the research group (1, 000-50, 000 RMB).
