Nanchang University (NCU) is a comprehensive university listed among the “the World First-class Disciplines” in the national “Double First-Class” Initiative of China, the “211 Project” national key university in Jiangxi Province which is co-constructed by the Chinese Ministry of Education and Jiangxi Province, and the overall construction university of Jiangxi Province high-level universities construction project. The university has 11 postdoctoral research stations in the field of Materials Science and Engineering, Food Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Clinical medicine, Environmental Science and Engineering, Biology, Management Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Mechanics, Chemistry, and Marxist Theory. We are currently recruiting full-time postdoctoral researchers from both domestic and international candidates, and welcome  outstanding PhD graduates to join our university and engage in postdoctoral research.

(1) Abide by national laws and regulations and have a passion for education career; Possess good work ethics with a positive attitude towards academic study; Be dedicated to work and behave properly.

(2) Be in good health with a doctor's degree obtained for less than 3 years;  Aged 35 or below; Exceptionally outstanding candidates may have slightly relaxed requirements.

(3) Achieved good scientific research achievements during the PhD stage, and the research work should be in line with or closely related to the research direction of the cooperating professor (or supervisor); Have the potential of development with research topics that are forward-looking, innovative, and feasible; Have a solid foundation in theoretical knowledge and possess the required abilities in foreign languages and computer information technology applications as required by the job position.

(1) The specific treatment shall be discussed between the applicant and the postdoctoral research mobile station.

(2) Enjoy the same social insurance as contracted staff in the university.

(3) The university will provide a transitional housing unit. Children can be enrolled in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens affiliated to Nanchang University with reference to the children of university staff.

(4) Those who are excellent in the final assessment of postdoctoral graduation can apply for employment as regular staff of the university in accordance with the working procedures in the outbound year. The scientific research achievements during the post-doctoral period can be used in the performance evaluation of professional titles in the future.
